POSTAGE

Mail order and subscription products have postage included within the price. Please select the relevant option for this type of product at checkout.

Collections are free of charge. Please select the collection option at checkout.

Local delivery is charged based on radius. Please see the map to the left with details of the areas covered. There are two options at checkout for local delivery option 5 and option 10. Please select the correct option for your location at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Choosing the wrong postage option at checkout may result in additional charges, or your order being cancelled.

DELIVERY

Delivery is to the U.K mainland only and only to addresses with valid postcodes.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil our delivery we will offer a full refund or a bouquet on another delivery date.

If you or the recipient are unable to sign for delivery, please leave adequate information in the message section (e.g: Leave in porch).

We will not be held responsible if the recipient is unable to sign for the delivery. Our flowers should last five days from receipt, if the care instructions are followed.

If you are concerned about the quality or freshness of our flowers, please contact us for a refund or a replacement bouquet.

CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, you must do so by 10am on the day before the scheduled delivery date.

REFUNDS

In case of flowers damaged in transit, we require you to inform us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can quickly either arrange a refund or a replacement bouquet.
